President's Welcome

On behalf of the entire Executive Board, I want to welcome you to the Interfraternity council web site. You’ll find many assets throughout the site including Executive Board contact information, recruitment information, our event calendar and much more. Feel free to explore the website and do not hesitate to contact us if any questions or concerns arise.

Our Greek Community prides itself on our outstanding philanthropic fundraisers, community service and academic excellence. Donations are made annually to the American Red Cross, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Youth Aids and The Jimmy V Foundation along with many others. Academic excellence is also a cornerstone of our Greek community. Fraternity men continuously achieve higher grade point averages then the all men’s university average.

As the Interfraternity Council, we strive every year to improve our Greek fraternity life.  Due to the long standing tradition of Greek life at Southeast Missouri State we hold ourselves to the highest of standards.  We continuously seek ways to strengthen the Greek community and experience at Southeast.

I now want to welcome your interest in fraternity life at Southeast Missouri State.  College is often referred to as the best four years of your life, and that is what we strive to accomplish as fraternity men.  You can expect to gain lasting friendships, brotherhood, a great education, and have a lot of fun.  We take pride in our Greek community at Southeast Missouri State and could not attain our goals every year without the help of each fraternifcity man.  We challenge you to give every fraternity an equal opportunity to show what they have to offer you during your years at Southeast.  I look forward to seeing you on campus, and hope you elect to join the fraternal movement.

Fraternally,

Nolan Ryan

Interfraternity Council President
